I haven't so much felt loneliness in quarantine as I've felt a release from having to be social more than I'd like. That's the good side. But, forced quarantine has exacerbated my anxieties around things being beyond my control and my ability to change my environment. I'm a control freak in my day to day life and the world being in the midst of so many unknown dangers has been extremely taxing on my mental and physical well-being.
